To get your ex back, it’s ok to resort to what some would say are underhand tactics. In this situation I think (almost) anything goes. In your situation I would use almost any tactics in a heartbeat. In fact I did!
What kind of “underhand” tactics can be used to get your ex back? Kidnap maybe, blackmail even? Stalking? All very underhand and none of them should even enter your head.
We are talking about psychological manipulation. We’re only talking subtle manipulation, definitely nothing heavy. Nothing that comes even close to crossing that imaginary line we all know we shouldn’t cross.
People in general react in the same way to the same sort of triggers. We’re going to be pushing some emotional buttons and hoping they work in getting your ex back. If you can use these tactics right, as part of your overall plan, you could get your ex back in double quick time.
An example of psychological manipulation… You try to get a (very reluctant) friend to do some exercise, maybe at the gym with you. So you say “it’s ok if your body isn’t up to the task”.
Before you know it pride has kicked in and they are grabbing some gym kit. You are using reverse psychology on them to get them to do what you want. These are the same tactics you can use to easily get your ex back.
Another example, the employee of the month competition. This is a psychological trick used by employers to get a little bit extra from the workforce. And what is the prize at the end of the month? Usually your face on a plaque. Psychological manipulation at work again.
Ask yourself this question now. How badly do you want them back? Will you just let them slowly slip away? This is normally what happens when you do nothing.

We all love being thanked. She cannot resist calling you to find out why you thanked her. You say thank you for (the breakup) making you realise it was the right thing.
Of course the real reason for the letter was to get her to call you. If you play this one right you can eventually have her believe she made first contact with you again. After all, you never once asked her to call you in the letter. But the letter did its job and she called anyway.

Use her favourite memories
We all have treasured memories. You can exploit these memories to your advantage. Favourite songs, foods, smells. They all work as good as each other.
If she ever comes to your place or calls you (after receiving the letter!). You have the song on in the background just loud enough for her subconscious mind to hear it. In the back of her mind when she thinks of that song she thinks of the most recent time she heard it, that was on the phone to you. She loves the song. She heard it while on the phone to you. Her subconscious links the nice feelings together.
Jealous curiosity
Get your self out with some friends but make sure you are seen to be having a great time. Also make sure that your ex finds out just what a good time you had.
Don’t go out on a 1 to 1 date as this may well scare her off completely. But a friends night out will make her feel a bit jealous as she was left out. She will expect you to be still mourning her but here she finds you out & about enjoying yourself. She may well feel she wants to be part of the fun again like it used to be.
Those are just a few of the many psychological mind games you can use to win her back. Yes a few people will look down their nose at using them but they are harmless and no serious damage will be done. Of course you don’t want to be using them just willy nilly.
What you really need is to use them as part of the total game plan to win her back. If you don’t have a proper step by step system to follow you are going in blind. Failure is likely without a plan.

There are some people who simply cannot live without the latest technology. They know everything about that, always must have the newest gadget, and keep them dearly at home or office. You wonder sometimes when your sweet charming little cherub grew into the headstrong distinctive personality he or she is today. It seems like just yesterday you were tying shoes, buttoning jackets and reading bedtime stories. Now your baby is speaking a whole different language and wants to spend most of his time with his friends. All is not lost; you still have a chance to be a part of your teenager’s life. In fact, you will both be better off for it. Spending time together one on one is an important part of connecting with your teenage child.
Time together can be found in the simplest of tasks. Teenagers can be asked to help mom or dad with chores such as dinner, car maintenance, cleaning out the garage, etc; conversations often start over a shared task. Sending them off to do the task alone will get the job done, but joining them in the work will not only get it done faster, it will also provide that opportunity for bonding.
Yard work is another great together activity, but bonding takes place best when yard tasks are shared. It’s hard to have a meaningful conversation over the sound of the lawn mower and weed eater. Those tasks are important, certainly, but time spent working together weeding a flower bed or raking leaves will be much more effective in the bonding process.
While spending time together, even if you are working while you do it, be sure to introduce an element of fun. Don’t be afraid to get playful and try to relax if things get a little messy. Time spent with your children is time very well spent. It’s so easy to get caught up in the daily tasks of our lives, but the bonds created by time spent together are priceless and cannot be put off until a later day. Children grow quickly as we all know and opportunities for bonding, once missed, cannot be recovered.
Spending time together as a family strengthens the family unit as a whole, indeed a worthwhile goal. However, it is equally important to spend time with each family member one on one to strengthen those individual relationships and build memories that will last your child through his lifetime. Think of this time as an investment in your children’s future.
Time together can be as simple as tossing the ball around in the backyard or playing a quick game of basketball under the hoop over the garage with your older child as long as there is opportunity for conversation. Young children need spend time playing in a way that does not impose rules on them. They need the freedom to create rules themselves. This type of play may be more challenging for parents as most of us have forgotten how to play, but give yourself time and opportunity, follow your child’s lead and you will catch on.
For tired parents of young children, a snuggle on the couch after the dinner with a favorite book will go a long way toward helping you reconnect with your little one at the end of the busy day.
Simple activities such as these are not only enjoyable for both you and your child now, but they will create memories and experiences that will help your child through the tumultuous teenage years, they will reflect fondly on them while at college and draw inspiration from them when they become parents themselves.
